Amazon has Quality King brand manila envelopes, 9x12" size, in a box of 100 for $13.36 (13 cents per envelope).These are gummed rather than self-adhesive, which is my own preference (no endless adhesive protector strips). Reviews are excellent. With sharply higher paper prices over the last 18 months, this is MUCH cheaper than other options I've found.
